I did a guided hike through the park, and it was absolutely breathtaking. We saw a variety of wildlife, including monkeys and toucans, and the views of the volcano were stunning. I highly recommend this experience!

Costa Rica has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and the beaches of Manuel Antonio are no exception. I spent a day lounging on the sand and swimming in the crystal-clear water, and it was pure bliss. 3. Zip-Line Through the Cloud Forest
If you’re looking for an adrenaline rush, zip-lining through the cloud forest is the perfect activity for you. I did this in Monteverde, and it was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life. You’ll fly through the trees and get a bird’s-eye view of the stunning forest below. This is definitely not for the faint of heart, but it’s so worth it!
4. Visit the Tortuguero National Park
Tortuguero National Park is a remote area on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, but it’s well worth the journey to get there. The park is known for its incredible biodiversity, including sea turtles, monkeys, and sloths. I did a boat tour through the park, and I saw so much wildlife that I felt like I was in a nature documentary. If you’re a nature lover, this is a must-visit destination.
5. Soak in the Hot Springs of La Fortuna
After a long day of hiking and exploring, there’s nothing better than soaking in the natural hot springs of La Fortuna. The water is heated by the Arenal Volcano, and it’s incredibly relaxing. I went to Tabacon Hot Springs, and it was like a paradise oasis. They also have a spa, so you can indulge in a massage or other treatments while you’re there.
