I love hiking and the Smoky Mountains have some of the best trails in the country. One of my favorite hikes was the Alum Cave Trail to the Mount LeConte summit. It was a challenging 10.4-mile hike with stunning views along the way. I highly recommend it!

Clingmans Dome is the highest point in the Smoky Mountains and offers panoramic views of the park. There’s a steep half-mile walk to the observation tower, but it’s worth it for the views. On a clear day, you can see up to 100 miles!

The Laurel Falls Trail is a popular hike that takes you to a beautiful 80-foot waterfall. The trail is only 2.6 miles round trip and is relatively easy, making it a great hike for families with children or beginner hikers.

Pigeon Forge is a small town located near the Smoky Mountains that offers a variety of attractions and entertainment. Some of my favorite things to do in Pigeon Forge were visiting Dollywood and the Titanic Museum.
