The plan includes strategies that are tailored to the student&#8217;s specific needs and goals, and it is designed to be implemented by the student&#8217;s teachers, parents, and other support staff.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_is_a_BIP_created\"><\/span>How is a BIP created?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A BIP is created through a process that involves the student&#8217;s teachers, parents, and other support staff.
