One of the biggest challenges I have encountered is the lack of interaction between students and instructors. In a traditional classroom setting, I am able to gauge the understanding and engagement of my students through nonverbal cues and in-person discussions. In an online course, it can be much harder to do so.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, I have also seen the benefits of online education. I have had students who would not have been able to pursue higher education without the flexibility and affordability of online courses.
