This can make it difficult for teachers to establish a connection with their students, and for students to feel supported and motivated.<\/p>\n<p>Emotional intelligence can help bridge this gap by allowing teachers to understand their students&#8217; needs, emotions, and motivations, and by creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
