With the advent of technology and the internet, online education has become the new norm. In this article, I will discuss the benefits of online education and how it has helped me break from past experiences to learn new values and norms.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Breaking_From_Past_Experiences\"><\/span>Breaking From Past Experiences<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As an educator, I have always believed in the traditional method of teaching. The teacher stands in front of the class and lectures while the students take notes. However, with online education, I have had to break away from this traditional method and embrace a new way of teaching. I have had to learn how to use technology to my advantage and create engaging content for my students.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Learning_of_New_Values_and_Norms\"><\/span>The Learning of New Values and Norms<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Online education has also taught me new values and norms. I have learned the importance of self-discipline and time management. Students who study online have to be self-motivated and manage their time effectively.
