Online education has become increasingly popular in recent years, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this article, we will explore the findings of Spurling et al.&#8217;s research on the effects of two vocabulary learning methods.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Study\"><\/span>The Study<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spurling et al. conducted a study to compare the effectiveness of two different vocabulary learning methods: traditional flashcards and a digital vocabulary app. The study involved 100 high school students who were divided into two groups.
