These schools aim to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help students save time and money by earning college credits early<\/li>\n<li>Provide students with a challenging and rigorous curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Expose students to college-level coursework and expectations<\/li>\n<li>Encourage students to pursue higher education<\/li>\n<li>Help students transition to college more successfully<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Survey_Results\"><\/span>Survey Results<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A recent survey of early college high school students found that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>82% felt more confident about their ability to succeed in college<\/li>\n<li>76% had a higher GPA in college because of the credits they earned in high school<\/li>\n<li>68% were able to complete their college degree in less time because of the credits they earned in high school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Studies_and_Data_Analysis\"><\/span>Studies and Data Analysis<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Studies have shown that early college high schools have a positive impact on students.
