The chef instructor was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, and the menu consisted of delicious Italian dishes such as bruschetta, risotto, and tiramisu. My partner and I had a great time learning new techniques and sipping on wine, and we were proud of ourselves for creating such a tasty meal from scratch.<\/p>\n<p>Another class we enjoyed was at The Cooking School at Irwin Street, which offers a wide range of classes from sushi-making to pasta workshops. We chose the Tapas for Two class, and it did not disappoint. The instructor was a Greek-American chef who shared her tips and tricks for creating authentic Greek flavors.
