I began to recognize my strengths and weaknesses and accept them for what they are. I was used to having face-to-face interactions with my students and felt like I couldn&#8217;t connect with them in the same way through a screen.<\/p>\n<p>However, as I continued to work on accepting myself, I realized that the same principles applied to online education.
