My Personal Experiences
I’ve been to most of the restaurants on the list and I have to say that I agree with the judges.
Kreuz Market is hands down the best barbecue I’ve ever had. The brisket is perfectly seasoned and melts in your mouth.
I also love their homemade sausage.
Another one of my favorites is Franklin Barbecue in Austin. The line is always long, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Their brisket is amazing and their sides are top-notch.
I also had the chance to check out a few places that didn’t make the list, but are still worth a visit.
Snow’s BBQ in Lexington is a hidden gem that serves up some of the best pork ribs I’ve ever had.
The Salt Lick in Driftwood is also worth a visit for their famous beef ribs.
