It is a subjective concept that can vary greatly from person to person. For some, a high quality of life means having a fulfilling career, a loving family, and good health. For others, it may mean having the freedom to travel and explore the world.<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I believe that quality of life should be the primary focus for everyone. What good is it to live a long life if it is filled with misery and suffering? I have seen firsthand how prioritizing quality of life can lead to a happier and more fulfilling existence. When I was younger, I was very career-focused and spent countless hours working, often at the expense of my health and personal relationships. But as I got older, I realized that I wasn&#8217;t truly happy, despite my professional success. So I made a conscious effort to prioritize my health, spend more time with my family and friends, and pursue hobbies that bring me joy. For example, those who are terminally ill may opt for aggressive medical treatments even if they are painful and have a low chance of success, simply because they want to extend their life for as long as possible.
