I&#8217;ve tried many different insoles and shoes, and some have worked better than others. However, I&#8217;ve learned that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for ANS, and what works for me may not work for someone else.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, I&#8217;ve found that insoles are a great option for managing ANS. They provide extra cushioning and support for the foot, which can reduce pain and discomfort.
