They provide support, cushioning, and alignment for your feet. However, not all insoles are created equal. Different shoes require different types of insoles. For example, running shoes need insoles that provide shock absorption and stability, while dress shoes need insoles that are thinner and more discreet.<\/p>\n<p>I always recommend having multiple pairs of insoles for different shoes.
