In this article, I&#8217;ll share with you the 10 best interview questions that will help you find the right candidate for your job.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Curiosities_Statistics_and_Facts\"><\/span>Curiosities, Statistics, and Facts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Did you know that 33% of employers know within the first 90 seconds of an interview whether they will hire someone?<\/li>\n<li>According to a survey by Glassdoor, the most common interview question is What are your strengths and weaknesses?<\/li>\n<li>Only 2.4% of applicants make it to the interview stage at Google.<\/li>\n<li>More than half of all job interviews are conducted via video chat or phone.<\/li>\n<li>The average length of a job interview is 40 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_10_Best_Interview_Questions\"><\/span>The 10 Best Interview Questions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Tell me about yourself.<\/strong> This open-ended question allows the candidate to highlight their strengths and experiences. This question allows the candidate to showcase their skills and knowledge in a way that is relevant to the job.<\/p>\n<p>One of my favorite interview experiences was when I was asked to give a presentation on a topic related to the job. This allowed me to showcase my public speaking skills and my knowledge of the industry.
