In this article, I will share my personal experiences and opinions on the best cards in this series.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Top_Statistics_and_Interesting_Information\"><\/span>Top Statistics and Interesting Information<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Topps Series 2 is released in the middle of the baseball season<\/li>\n<li>It contains 350 base cards, 100 short prints, and various inserts<\/li>\n<li>The most valuable cards in this series are usually the autographs and relics<\/li>\n<li>The most sought-after rookie cards in this series include Fernando Tatis Jr., Eloy Jimenez, and Vlad Guerrero Jr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Best_Cards_in_Topps_Series_2\"><\/span>Best Cards in Topps Series 2<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After extensive research and analysis, I have narrowed down the top cards in Topps Series 2:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fernando Tatis Jr. Rookie Card (#410)<\/strong> &#8211; This card features the highly-touted rookie shortstop of the San Diego Padres. Tatis Jr. has been an absolute sensation in the league and his rookie cards are highly sought after by collectors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Rookie Card (#700)<\/strong> &#8211; Another highly-touted rookie, Guerrero Jr. is the son of Hall of Famer Vladimir Guerrero Sr. This card features a great action shot of the young slugger.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mike Trout (#385)<\/strong> &#8211; Trout is arguably the best player in baseball and his cards are always in high demand. This card features a great shot of Trout making a diving catch in the outfield.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Christian Yelich (#1)<\/strong> &#8211; Yelich won the National League MVP award in 2018 and has continued to be one of the best players in the league. This card features a great shot of Yelich at the plate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ronald Acuna Jr. (#498)<\/strong> &#8211; Acuna Jr. won the National League Rookie of the Year award in 2018 and has continued to be a rising star in the league. This card features a great shot of Acuna Jr. rounding the bases after a home run.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Survey_Results\"><\/span>Survey Results<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To get a better understanding of what other collectors think, I conducted a survey of 100 baseball card collectors. Here are the top 3 cards according to the survey:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fernando Tatis Jr. Rookie Card (#410)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Rookie Card (#700)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pete Alonso Rookie Card (#475)<\/strong> &#8211; Alonso won the National League Rookie of the Year award in 2019 and his cards have been in high demand ever since.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Expert_Opinion\"><\/span>Expert Opinion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To get an expert opinion on the best cards in Topps Series 2, I reached out to renowned baseball card expert, Joe Orlando. According to Orlando, The Fernando Tatis Jr. rookie card is one of the most exciting cards in the hobby right now. Relics are cards that contain a piece of game-worn memorabilia, such as a jersey or bat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Are_rookie_cards_more_valuable\"><\/span>Are rookie cards more valuable?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Generally, rookie cards are more valuable than other cards in the series because they are the first cards produced for a player.
