My Personal Favorite DLC
After trying out all the DLCs, my personal favorite is Waking the Tiger. This DLC focuses on Asia and adds new focus trees for China, Japan, and the warlord states. It also introduces the new Commander system, which allows you to assign experienced generals to different armies and give them special abilities.
I particularly enjoyed playing as China and trying to unite the country amidst the chaos of the Second Sino-Japanese War. The new mechanics and focus trees added a fresh challenge to the game.
